Welcome to Cadmium, operated by Latent Space Labs Corp. ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using Cadmium and related services ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
Subscription and Use Cadmium is a subscription-based service providing AI-assisted coloring for 2D animation. Users pay $10 per month for unlimited frame coloring*.
User Obligations By using Cadmium, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes.
- Modify, distribute, or sublicense the Service.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
- Payments and Cancellations
- Subscriptions are billed monthly.
- Users can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the billing cycle.
- Refunds are only available under the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property All rights to Cadmium, including AI models and software, remain the property of Latent Space Labs Corp.
Termination We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA. *If your usage of frame coloring is significantly higher than that of a normal user, we reserve the right to limit or suspend your access to prevent excessive strain on our systems. For questions, contact us at hello@cadmium.app.
